I called ahead to confirm availability of a rare item, Swalabe Pro One 25mm. Was told this item was in-stock. Went into the store and purchased. I was sold a similar but different item without my knowledge. I believe this was a genuine mistake but it isn’t good enough from a store claiming to be one of Melbourne’s best. I can’t get my hour of travel time back.

Highly recommend this particular store. The boys were great and happy to help. And the after sales service is fantastic

Worst service I have ever had at a bike shop. Get a product installed. That's fine. turns out to be faulty. not only will the shop refuse to give me my money back, they refuse to refund the labour costs to install the faulty product (which was admitted to be known to the tech when installed). will not be going back! RIP OFF.

Had a great experience with the shop, needed some help with getting my bike back on the road. I looked at the other stores in the area and felt underwhelmed. Once I got in touch with The Freedom Machine the customer service was amazing on the phone and in store. Follow up was even better - great attitude for all types of riders.
