Not a bad store but the prices for some of the Gibson guitars is unrealistic. The blokes who work here are pretty good, but steer clear of the small old bloke. He doesn't mind telling a few lies or making thing up to try and get a sale. He's quite the weasel and would probably be more suited to used car sales.

I gotta say, I've been into a few guitar stores these last couple of weeks (as I love being around gear) nerdy, I know. Out of all of them, Gallins were the first to make me feel welcome in there store. More than happy to have a chat and let me touch some stuff!! Awesome gear and staff!

Sammy was super friendly and did an outstanding job setting up a guitar I thought needed repairs. He could have taken me for a ride, instead he actually did extra work cleaning it up gratis. What a legend. We love you Sammy.

Best guitar shop in Victoria! The guys at Gallin's know their stuff and are just fantastic people, as well. If you want great advice, great service & Melbourne's best guitar tech, go to Gallin's. if you don't, go elsewhere.

Nice instruments but way overpriced.  Same stock as in 1992.  Staff ~ just rude.
