Disappointing customer experience at this store during a quiet morning hour today - did not feel welcomed, assistance offered was poor and not helpful in choosing a product, and had to verbally grab a worker’s attention before she tried to ignore me. A real shame because the Emporium and Highpoint stores are always fantastic.
