When i tried on my dress here they made it fit perfectly with pins. When the order actually arrived it looked nothing like it had when i first tried it on. It looked very frumpy and creased at the front! I was clearly unhappy with the dress but they did not care as I had already paid for it.. They just told me it will cost about $300-500 to fix at their alterations place and ushered me out the door. I found a private lady to do my alterations - she told me that I had paid too much for the dress and the silk in the dress was $25 dollars a meter to buy. She pretty much cut the whole thing up and made it again for $200.

I bought my dress in November 2014 for my wedding in December 2015. I was served by Amy who was so lovely and helpful and made the whole experience so positive. It was the first place I'd been looking and I was lucky enough to find my dress there. Amy and the staff were very helpful throughout the purchasing and ordering processes, kept me updated about my dress and gave me great recommendations on where to go if I needed any alterations. I cannot recommend this store highly enough!

Staff were friendly however the whole experience hasn't been nice. They took my money and said it would happen however I wanting on a return of over 50% of the dress close to $2000 as they couldn't make it happen. The dresses are divine however if you are any bigger I would not recommend this shop the samples were size 8 and tiny. I do have to say the dresses are amazing! Just be mindful around sizing as they do change for customised sizing over a size 12 but then when you don't fit there sizing they will not build it to the size. Anyway if you fit in a smaller size you will not be disappointed

Shopping from this store is the only thing I regret about my wedding planning experience. I was given incorrect information regarding the arrival of my dress and made to pay a rushed fee when there was no need at all. Staff and the owner of the store did not take responsibility for the errors made and I felt entirely powerless. Keeping the customer happy is not a priority at this store.
