So there’s a dude that works at this place called Brady, and he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, super sound dude! Went about a month ago to pick up a suit and it was one of the best retail experiences of my life - I’m off the rack, but still not overly comfortable when dealing with tailoring and fit - Brady sorted me out with exactly what I needed -The experience was so good that I went back today to get another suit - I’ll be buying all my suits from these dudes... cannot recommend highly enough
you will not find better customer service ANYWHERE than Brady that works at this store. The guys is a gold medalist retail operator....serious..if there was a Guinness Book of Records feat for best service in retail, the Brady is the one taking the accolade. Genuinely loves everything he does and you can tell. Feedback and advice is spot on and super honest. Knew exactly what was me and what i would be into and nailed it. Did the same for another customer while i was in the store and picked totally different stuff to what he suggested for me and the other customer was also blown away. I would poach him for our company if we had a role open up. I was in the city at QV and still went to Chapel as opposed to the Swanston store for that reason. Cheers Brady and keep putting out the mad positive vibes.
Went in with my partner a few weeks ago and Sam was amazing! Totally sorted us out and we were so happy with the suit we decided on.
Nice cloths but the two male staffs seemed snobby standoffish and quite mildly racist too. Not that pleasant experience being srounded by bunch of hipster guys doing nothing or helping when i walked into purchase a suit.
Ok I had a Fab time looking for a present for a guy friend and i dont the guys name who served me but he had red hair and his service was fabulous!!!
Awesome service. Needed to be in and out this morning and the staff was super helpful and efficient.
