Really impressed with the variety of jewelry and the knowledge of the staff. I went in looking to replace a ball I lost off my tragus and ended up finding the jewelry I’d been looking for for my tragus, rook and helix. They took the time to fit it up for me and explain the treatment that I needed to give to my helix with a pressure bubble (due to the lack of care from another store... too short of a bar and then I was sold a belly piercing!). 
We didn’t quite anticipate how the diamantés would go in my rook and I had some trouble sleeping with it, so I went back the next day and they were happy to switch my jewelry around for me. 
Such a great experience :D thank you so much!

Fantastic store! Just came in to get a replacement septum and I was greeted with smiling faces, enthusiasm and great vibes from the staff. I will be returning to this store and probably won't ever go to any other store. 

Super duper impressed guys, keep up the amazing work! :)

Worst experience I have ever had. I have worn nose studs for 4 years and lost it one day. Went there to get a new nose stud and the guy who served me just ask questions like "what colour do you want?", and when I mentioned white, he simply picked one white stone stud for me. I paid for it and tried it on the spot and it was the longest nose stud I have ever worn. It stabbed me the bottom of my nose, causing me to tear up and find it hard to breath. I told him that problem and asked if he had shorter ones. He said that it was my nose problem and refused to do anything about it. He kept insisting that all the nose studs are the same sizes even though I could obviously see that it's not and insist that I will have to buy another one rather than change it if I want the short ones. Now I have a nose stud that I can't wear, a nose that hurts and anger in my belly. Worse service EVER! I wouldn't give it even one star if it wasn't because I can't write a review without giving them at least one star. DON'T GO THERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!
