I left my bike with them for a service, demonstrated and explained my issues explicitly (to someone who wouldn’t actually come out from behind the counter to look) and was told they would call me when it was done. 4 days later /I/ called them and asked if it was ready. After a 20min wait they said yes. I came in, and they wanted to charge me 80$ when they’d done nothing. Owners seem to know nothing about bikes, terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

Really poor service. I paid $140 to have my bike serviced and I had to bring it back to them 5 minutes later because they didn't bother to even lube the chain. Now I've found they stuffed up the gears (one side doesn't work anymore). And they didn't bother to test ride it, because if they had, they would of noticed the chain slips. Such lax attention to detail. Update 16/02/2017: went to VCAT to get my money back. Don never showed up, he lost the case. He now owes me money (as per the VCAT order)

Arrived rather late on Friday afternoon needing to have a Praxis BB switched over. They managed to squeeze in the job before close which meant I could continue with the project through the weekend. Fantastic speedy service and very friendly staff. I will definitely be back!
