Well done bicycle superstore. I recently cancelled my lay buy and was promised some of my money back, even though it was outside their terms and conditions. They delivered with integrity and money discussed. All my future bicycle needs will be handled by this store. Thanks once again for great service.
I've been to this store a couple of times and both times had the same experience. Totally indifferent customer service. Three staff members chatting in the repair area and one person tucked away in the corner near the cash registers. When I asked for scooters, I was just pointed in the general direction but no further assistance was given. I thought retail businesses are struggling but when you try to support a physical store, they're not interested. Fortunately there are plenty of other stores in Nunawading / Mitcham who can have my money.
Ordered me an out-of-stock Peddler's tube special-price item requested over phone, was there when I went to pick up yesterday. ---Unlike Carnegie store, that have not replied to contact-us emails or answered phone during multiple attempts during last week...all you get on phone at Carnegie is MUZAK. Are they even aware of this at Carnegie store?---
Disgraceful bike store, embarrassing customer service and horrible bike service too. Got my bike there for a $120 service and all they did was tune up my gears. Didn't clean it, didn't lube it, did legit nothing included in the service bundle, and it took them two weeks to do so. What a disgrace, won't be coming back again. 99 bikes are far much better in every way
A great range of bikes and accessories. Lots more in store that what is shown on the website. The team are friendly and helpful, with plenty of knowledge to answer all those tricky questions. In store servicing of bikes is a handy after purchase offer, making it a useful one stop store for all your cycling needs, it’s great to see the increasing range of EBikes too.
Great service, well stocked. Called me to say my things had arrived at the time they promised. Extreamly helpful , will defiantly be back
Great service by Noah. He was patient and helpful with my decision to buy a bike. The size wasn't available so Noah arranged for it to be built. About an hour later I had my bike. A great store with lots of variety and all staff I observed provided great customer service.
We were looking for a mountain bike for my 11 year old . We were helped by a lovely staff member Jess . She was very knowledgeable , helpful and polite . She suggested a few options but because of low stock availability , we had to go through another bicycle superstore which had stock in hand . She really helped us narrow down our choices . Excellent customer service by Jess .
Rude and unhelpful service dept. I think in starts with the floor manager that seems to hate his job. I had to bring my bike back twice to fix the same issue and the manager refused to back the initial repair. They charged me twice for the same repair which I feel is totally unfair.
Alyssa was great. She directed me to the bike I eventually purchased. She was knowledgable and knew all the features of the bike. She recognised my husband and myself after we returned and welcomed us back. All the staff deserve a 5 star for friendliness and service.
