Not impressed with this company at all. After booking a service they offered to us as a "special" the machine was left with a loud noise. Re rebooked a service to have it fixed and have subsequently been charged twice! After informing them we would not pay for the second service we heard nothing for 3 months. Now they are demanding payment on both invoices and have put us on stop! Be careful in your dealings with SCM.

Excellent customer service!!
