I am very disappointed by this real estate agency. My partner and I had to find a new place quickly and we only had one week for inspections as he had to get back to work. After 2 days of inspections we got approved for a very nice house and got told to sign the papers four days later, on Monday. We called the agent again on Monday and they said they will prepare the contract. On Tuesday morning we got a call that another family now got the place. That leaves me very angry as we were told we had the object for sure. We wasted 4 days of possible inspections for other places thinking we were already safe. This is not the way to treat a client!
