Trish at Davey Real Estate Scarborough manages all our properties with exceptional skill and professionalism. We have had a number of issues relating to our properties and tenants of late and Trish has managed them to a level of expertise we have not seen before. She tackles all the hard stuff with the highest levels of professionalism and promptness and seems to always do it with a smile and cheerful demeanour. We don't know how she does it! Trish always respects our requirements as Landlords, but at the same time treats our Tenants with the appropriate level of respect as well. Even when we are out of the country for extended periods of time, we undoubtedly trust Trish with the full management of our properties and would certainly recommend her to any other Owners. 
The whole Davey team are friendly and respectful to us and we would certainly extend this recommendation to Davey Scarborough as a whole. They have made our experience at lot easier.

I've been a tenant in Scarborough for over a year now with Jane Wynn as my property manager and she's been beyond awesome. I've had two white goods malfunctioning due to age during my stay here and they've been replaced in an instance. The last time was today (Sunday night) when my combined fridge/freezer suddenly broke down (which made my neighbor really happy since he had a lot of my food). 

I emailed Jane expecting to get replied to on Monday but she answered immediately and also arranged for me to have a small car fridge delivered to me tomorrow morning while I wait for the real one that will be delivered and installed later that day. That's what I call taking care of the tenants! Thank you Jane!

Mallory has been an excellent agent and managed my property very well. She has responded quickly and efficiently to any request, both for tenants and for myself as the property owner. 
I would definitely request Mallory to manage my property again.

Trish is our current PM and renting through  Davey has been a dream after our last terrible experience. I have always found the Davey team to be super helpful, even in emergency situations at 4:50pm on a Friday afternoon. Trish always gets back to me within an hour for all questions or maintenance items, even applying for the property and being accepted was a breeze! Highly recommend Trish as a property manager for both tenants and landlords.

I am  a property owner  For the past year my property has been managed by Jane Wynn. Over this time Jane has totally mismanaged my property.1) When the tenants gave notice that they would be vacating the property Jane did not phone me instead she only sent a letter informing that I have 7 days to respond to her letter or she will be advertising my property for rent (fortunately I was not away at the time).2) After emailing her on the 25 Jun that I do not want my property on the market again - Jane then ignored my email and advertised my property on the realestate web site. When I discovered this on the 8 of August I emailed her and she removed the advert.3) After the tenants vacated, Jane never sent me a final inspection report (she also informed me that she was doing it herself - which I found odd as the initial one was done by a professional) 4) When getting the keys to my property Jane did not give me the photostat of my keys that were taken initially. Jane handed me back two set of keys and two garage door openers. When I went to open the garage door the one of the openers did not have the correct code. I went back to Jane to inform her and she admitted she knew one of the garage door openers was brand new and had to be coded to my garage door. Why did she not tell me this when she handed them back to me? How could she let me tenants not return all garage door openers? This garage door opener has still not been fixed by Jane and is a security issue.5) When I went to inspect my property on the 18 August I discovered extensive damage and garbage that had been left behind by the tenants - none of which Jane had informed me about. The curtains were damaged, the tenants had modified all my kitchen doors, they had left a huge wooden work bench, modified my shed. The full list is extensive and I sent an email to Jane listing it all. 6) The tenants did not even pay the final water bill.These tenants have now moved to Ireland and Jane Wynn is refusing to help me pursue them through the courts to get the bond money. Jane has totally mismanaged my property.
