We have been waiting months for our bond back. We were sent a number of emails that were suppose to have the bond release forms attached but the emails were empty. Everytime we told them the email was empty they didn't believe us and sent another empty email. We try calling and the agent is always out. The bond statement still has the names of people who had moved out long before us and had filled out a bunch of paperwork to remove them from the lease. We had to then chase up those ex room-mates for more paperwork even though they hadn't lived with us over 8 months and had been bought out of the bond by new people.  Totally messing us around and we are not happy.

I met Justin Wright around May 2017 as I was looking to place my father in laws home on the market.  I decided that as it was a very stressful time for our family relocating my father in law into a nursing home that we needed to deal with someone professional, efficient and empathetic.  Justin Wright is all of that and more.  In this dying market, and with more than 100 properties in the same area on the market he was able to get our home sold in three months.  Whilst we did not get our original asking price I think we got what the market was demanding at the time of sale.  I would highly recommend Justin and his team and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending "The Professionals The Wright Team"  -  Tammy Page

I've been Very happy with using Justin the liscensee of the Balga Professionals to sell several of my properties over the last 12 months. He's happy to chat with me at length with the concerns I've had  in this  difficult property market for sellers.  He is very direct with his opinions, and I have proved him to be very genuine  and sincere. He knows the market values and market trends well.  I have appreciated his advice and negotiating skills !!

Since dealing with Justin and Peter in  the last few weeks, they have both been particularly helpful, cooperative and a pleasure to deal with. At the most difficult time of the year for most people and with my circumstances being particularly unusual and stressful, i felt that The Wright Team went above and beyond the call of duty for me with a level of service that i was certainly not expecting.

I've had varying experiences with real estate offices in the past but i'm pleased to be able to say that The Wright Team truly are the Professionals. 

I am sincerely grateful to Justin and Peter and i would be happy to recommend their services to anyone.
