Tom and his team at TC Real Estate were amazing to deal with and so professional. We asked them for property advice a few days after immigrating to Perth, he advised we inspect a property on his portfolio, and not long after that we found out we were accepted as the new tenants. Tom is an amazing human being - he just understood our needs from the get go! Anyone who’s looking for either a property to purchase or lease needs to make TC their preferred agency to work with.

Tom and Naomi are the dream team for tenants looking to rent a property as well as owners needing a professional and reliable property manager. Always contactable, friendly, helpful and full of some sometimes much needed! advice. It was incredibly daunting being a single mum moving into a rental after selling the family home, they both made the process so simple and helped the kids and I really settle into our new little safe haven. I will be forever grateful to them both and will miss the chats with Naomi during inspections! Thank you both so much!

When I first met Tom, I found him to be honest and trustworthy. He promptly organised for maintenance to be done our and the tradesmen responded quickly to Tom's requests. His advice was accurate, and our property was rented out within a short space of time for a good return. TC Real Estate continues to look after our property and I have utmost trust in them.

We rented a property from TC Realty and were impressed with their professionalism and attention to any issues that we raised. Tom and Naomi communicated regularly and in a timely manner with regards to inspections and lease review/termination. Would highly recommend their business.

I can’t ask for a better Property Manager. As a tenant, it had been a pleasure to have Naomi and Tom helping me take care of any issues with the property for the last 2+ years. Communication and reponse are prompt. They are also respectful and understanding of the tenants. Big kudos to TC Real Estate.

TC Real estate have managed my property for a few years now and I cannot fault them. They are professional and prompt when dealing with everything to do with my property. I wanted someone to manage it completely as I didn’t have time for it and they were everything I wanted in a management team. I cannot recommend enough.
