Jessica Burnside has taken another leap forward in her real estate career by opening a new office for Australasia’s largest real estate group Ray White at Landsdale in Perth’s north.

Ray White WA CEO Mark Whiteman said he was thrilled Ms Burnside and her partner Toni Todorovski have started the new business at 14/127 The Broadview, Landsdale.

“Jessica has been in real estate since she was 19 and at 26 she joins Cameron Smart at Ray White Cannington as one of Ray White’s youngest principals in WA,” Mr Whiteman said.

“We are excited about opening a new business at Landsdale and this is a great opportunity for Jessica, who was previously a principal at Ray White Ellenbrook.”

Ms Burnside has taken on the new business after returning from maternity leave following the birth last year of her son Nikolas.

“I’ve always wanted to run my own business and this opportunity popped up and we decided to take the plunge,” she said.

“At the moment it is just Toni and myself on board so we will be looking to recruit more agents and staff.

“My focus at the moment is to build up the property management portfolio. That is where I have concentrated my real estate career after starting out as a receptionist for an agency in Perth.

“We are really looking forward to the challenge of growing the new business at Ray White Landsdale and it’s fantastic to have all the support from the Ray White Group.

“It is currently a good time to buy in the Landsdale area and with the continuing record low interest rates there are opportunities particularly for first time buyers looking to get into the market and it’s also a good environment for investors.”
