I thought I would jump on and give credit where credit is due. I spent time with Robert Zeiser last week, and with all my commercial real estate dealings nation wide, he stood out as by far the most knowledgeable and most accommodating professional I have ever worked with. Nothing was too hard, and he was available to give honest and frank feedback on local conditions without the usual Real Estate BS! Thank you Robert.

Having worked as a professional in the service industry for many years I set a high standard and have a high expectation of anyone that I may engage in the service industry.
I  recently engaged Ayers Real Estate secure a suitable tenant of commercial property I own and not only did they meet all my expectations but they surpassed them.
In dealing with Leo Rizzi and his staff I was most impressed with their professional, efficient and courteous approach and found them to be both proactive and responsive.
This was a truly refreshing and uplifting experience for me and I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone  requiring their services.

Avoid Ayers real estate at all cost! Toni is our contact. It has been extremely stressful to deal with her. We leased a small commercial property and is taking 2 months to be finished with it! Ayers keep charging us even though I have met obligations and they keep bringing up new issues; and not listening. They are taking advantage of us because we are in Melbourne and can't see them in person. Warning to anyone; they charge for inspecting, for invoices that are queried - incredibly bad and frustrating communication! We tried to do the right thing and now we can't escape them! Looks like they will make me fly from my family in Melbourne to resolve - miserable people!

Graeme Appleton assisted me with the purchase of a small factory unit in Gnangara. Very helpful & knowledgeable. Suzie was on top of the admin after the offer was accepted. Good job guys.

Regretful experience. Disappointed is an understatement.  They managed properties for us in Malaga and Wangara and not only was the experience regretful, although they were very arrogant.  I have since taken all properties from them and advise others that have the same issue to do the same.
