First͏ class service - Excellent We Highly recommend Shaun Hayes. Shaun went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly with the purchase of our new home.... he was always very cheerful and approachable and we believe he genuinely had our best interests at heart. We found him to be very professional and knowledgeable both about the home we were buying, the process for purchasing and the surrounding area. All emails, texts and phone messages were answered promptly and we were given regular progress reports throughout. Shaun made the process of buying our new home run really smoothly... we always knew what was happening which was important for us. Gold͏ Class Service!! From the beginning to the end Demo and Gareth made the process as straight forward and easy as possible. With the help of photographer Mark they put together a sensational marketing campaign with great photos and video to help promote and sell the house. Both Demo and Gareth were exceptionally professional in their approach and were in regular contact during the sales process keeping us informed of what was happening. The end result was they managed to sell our house within a week and they got the sales price we were told from the start! They certainly exceeded our expectations with the level of service they provided. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others!

Fantastic͏ start to finish I have had a long standing relationship over 4 years with Gareth purely via phone, and we had been patiently waiting for the right time to sell my property in Perth. Extremely͏ professional I would highly recommend Phil if you are considering selling your home. From the moment we first contacted him right up until settlement, he has shown the highest level of professionalism. He knows the market inside out and we knew that by choosing Phil he would get us the price we were looking for. When we first met with him, we knew straight away that this was the person that we wanted to sell our house for us - he was not at all pushy. He was brilliant with regard to interior design - he recommend a few furnishings, colours etc, all of which were inexpensive and it definitely added value to our home.
