Davey real estate have been so helpful in answering any questions we had before signing our lease last year, any maintenance issues we've had have been dealt with promptly. The girls Karla and Deshere have always gotten back to us quickly along with any of the girls we have dealt with in the office. We've been provided great notice periods for house inspections and the girls who come to do it are always so friendly and also help with any questions you may have.

We have rented a house managed by Davey North Beach/Padbury for the past 7 years. Overall we had a good experience with them! Had a few changes in property manages recently but 90% were lovely. Our most recent property manager Melanie was really approachable, caring and helpful and cared about both the owner and us as tenants. She went above and beyond in a difficult time for us. She helped when our end of lease cleaner was a disaster and helped find a new one last minute, delayed final inspection to allow time to redo it etc and we really appreciated her help! Thank you again and would definitely lease through Davey again.

Rented out of Davey for nearly 4 years. Had no issues until my partner and step daughter moved in, after that it was a constant struggle where it felt that they just wanted us gone due to not wanting kids in the property.nnThe communication between property managers and tenants was poor. Very very slow. Also concerning that they took no action after multiple reports of the owner entering the property when no notification had been given and nobody was home at the time.nnHowever, once Melanie took over management of the property, things significantly improved. It was a shame we had already moved out by that time. She was great communicating about everything bond related and any other questions/issues I had. Only reason I’m doing this review is so she can get this credit! Thanks again Melanie.

After coming from a different property manager to Davey, the difference has been like night and day!nPreviously, I would only find out the tenant wasn't up to date if I questioned the monthly statement. With Davey they are up front with any issues and are quick to offer solutions.nWhen we did have a problem tenant, Lisa and the team was on top of it and looked after all the court stuff.nnI would highly recommend Davey as a property manager; they have removed the stress of being a property owner!

Renting a property from Davey real estate has been by far the best real estate experience I have had over the past 5 years. Carla Crowther was my property manager and she was incredibly helpful, attentive and kind throughout my tenancy. She was always easy to reach, quick to reply and very considerate. I highly recommend her as a property manager to future tenants and landlords.
