Please read before renting with Davey:
People leaving 5 stars WORK for Davey - including Natalie Gage who is the most useless person I've ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. She referred to me as "sweetheart" on the phone when I was unhappy about her immoral performance. That's how ignorant & unprofessional she is -as an employee dealing with a paying customer - she resorts to name calling. This was our first time renting from a real estate company in WA. Even though I told Natalie over the phone that we were moving in 30 days, she waited another 2 weeks before telling us that we had to put it in writing that we were moving out. When I called & spoke to a manager named David he said that we should have been informed before 30 days about the written notice as a COURTESY. He also acknowledged that Natalie had no business referring to me outside my name. Dianne told me that "as a woman you should know how to pour bleach down a sink" which is sexist, beyond rude, & AGAIN unprofessional. We've told the landlords that they are wasting their money on working with Davey NB. After living there for a year we were notified about 6 different times that they'd be doing inspections - they came ONCE during our two six month leases. Is that even legal? We left over three weeks ago & still haven't received any info about our bond being returned. When my husband called & ask about it Natalie shouted at him saying everything was going to be mailed today & she was sick of him & his partner- even though they didn't have our current address. I wasn't surprised by her shouting as the woman is an absolute animal. Stay as far away from this useless company - you will be disappointed! We wish we had. Also haven't had any problems renting since dealing with this pathetic excuse for a company.

I am  a property owner  For the past year my property has been managed by Jane Wynn. Over this time Jane has totally mismanaged my property.1) When the tenants gave notice that they would be vacating the property Jane did not phone me instead she only sent a letter informing that I have 7 days to respond to her letter or she will be advertising my property for rent (fortunately I was not away at the time).2) After emailing her on the 25 Jun that I do not want my property on the market again - Jane then ignored my email and advertised my property on the realestate web site. When I discovered this on the 8 of August I emailed her and she removed the advert.3) After the tenants vacated, Jane never sent me a final inspection report (she also informed me that she was doing it herself - which I found odd as the initial one was done by a professional) 4) When getting the keys to my property Jane did not give me the photostat of my keys that were taken initially. Jane handed me back two set of keys and two garage door openers. When I went to open the garage door the one of the openers did not have the correct code. I went back to Jane to inform her and she admitted she knew one of the garage door openers was brand new and had to be coded to my garage door. Why did she not tell me this when she handed them back to me? How could she let me tenants not return all garage door openers? This garage door opener has still not been fixed by Jane and is a security issue.5) When I went to inspect my property on the 18 August I discovered extensive damage and garbage that had been left behind by the tenants - none of which Jane had informed me about. The curtains were damaged, the tenants had modified all my kitchen doors, they had left a huge wooden work bench, modified my shed. The full list is extensive and I sent an email to Jane listing it all. 6) The tenants did not even pay the final water bill.These tenants have now moved to Ireland and Jane Wynn is refusing to help me pursue them through the courts to get the bond money. Jane has totally mismanaged my property.
