I  had the worst experience with rayna peterson and lauren Hurley from slp. On 3 occasions, yes 3 occasions they had home opens and left our property with sliding doors wide open. We live in rural wa and the villa was not occupied so the property was open for several days in st. James before we discovered this. I  suspect there were probably other times when we were not in perth that it may have been open but because we did not go to perth we wouldn't know. Both rayna and lauren admitted they forgot to lock our villa and the villa was broken into on one occasion because the back door was not locked. When I  cancelled the contract and suggested they refund my costs rayna informed me the money had all been spent on advertising and neither of them had any money so taking legal action would be a waste of time.  I could say more about how unprofessional this company is in other areas however the fact that they can't even remember to lock the doors when they leave after a home open should be enough to convince people not to use slp.

We have been dealing with Sonia for approx. 2 years (took us a while to get ready to sell). She comes across as very professional & makes sure all "Ts are crossed & Is are dotted".

Mary Walker is far from professional she is a liar and covers her lies up when caught  out.
She failed at her duty of care with us (both vendor and buyer.) now the vendor will be financially worse off based on her advice to them.
Shame on Mary Walker she should take her job more seriously.
