I required a retrospective valuation for a CGT event and was lucky enough to pick Valuations WA from the wide number of options. I was referred to Chad as my case manager and I was impressed with the service, knowledge and grasp he had of my situation. From the one call I had I was confident in his subject matter knowledge and what I required from my case. Best money I've spent in a long time.

I asked for an urgent valuation from Valuations WA. I got transferred to Chad O’Reilly, he’s FAST, professional, efficient and friendly. Unlike others, you CAN actually contact him. Appointment on Friday 3pm, gave advance notice, came on time, and get all done pronto. No hidden fees. Turnover time within 2 working days, but beware that report is not released until your payment cleared, in case you’re in a real rush. He emailed me Monday 8.51pm that the report is ready and payment need to be cleared before report is released. Transferred fee on Tuesday 11am, and I got my report on Wed 8.29am. Then I called him, asking if he can amend the report, as in who it is for, postal address, and removal of letter of instruction on Wed 9.54am. He emailed me the amended report on Wed 10.01am, within 7 minutes of my instruction, for no extra charge, that’s what I call freaking impressive and good follow up. 10/10 rating.

Yes lovely until they have your money, but no after sale service. They are not interested in returning calls/texts/emails unless there is more $$$ in it for them. The valuation report was very bland and generic, mostly written to cover their own hide. I didn't feel their comparisons were comparing apples with apples. Yes Chad likes a chat on the phone and has the gift of the gab making lots of assurances, but I feel the after service was rather ordinary.

Excellent service provide by Chad, he was knowledgeable, quick to respond and very professional. Fees were transparent and very reasonable. Provided constant update on the valuation and kept me in the loop. Would definitely recommend him to friends & family. A+
