Fantastic experience from signing with sales person to receiving the handover of keys We would and have already recommend Gemmill Homes to family and friends. We found all the staff very easy to deal with from start to finish and the build time was exactly as we were told, the construction site was always kept very clean and tidy. All contractors were very good and our supervisor was excellent. We have built several homes and this one has been the easiest. We would differently choose Gemmill Homes again

Through the initial build and all the follow up I have found Gemmill Homes the most professional builder that it has been my pleasure to have been associated with. Our current house is the 6th we have built and the staff at Gemmill Homes have been fantastic. Craig Gemmill you can be proud of your company and staff.

We really enjoyed our building experience with Gemmill. Designing the house was an easy process and we were able to produce something unique based from the Big Value Range at no additional cost. Our Pre-start was a lot of fun, with many items to choose from and the showroom was well equipped. The build itself was done in a very timely manner with all tradesman of a high standard and no setbacks. At all times we were well informed and kept up to date through the building supervisor and the Gemmill Progress App. Look forward to the next build with them. Well done Gemmill Team

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Merv, probably the most non pushy brilliant sales consultant ever, has never give up on meeting face to face with me even though I was a bit hesitant during the start. He persevered throughout and negotiate on behalf of me with the features I wanted. Laine on the other hand, did a fantastic job with our pre start process. She is very knowledgeable all throughout. As this is my first time building, she was really patient in explaining all different options that I could have. Andrew, the building supervisor, did a wonderful job and I am enjoying the product. Beautiful home with symphony cornice and 30c throughout. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks Gemmill!

Gemmill has given us the opportunity to build our own home in the area we like and chose. The process was simple and everybody we worked with was professional, smart and very friendly. The construction was done within a few months and we were very excited to move in after renting for just more than nine years. We are living in our own home now for just about five months and we are loving it. Thanks the Gemmill for this great home!!
