Full of disappointment with Aussie Living. They are lower standard builder, which we have to upgrade most of the things and yet most of the things they have VERY limited selections. We only know about this when the process goes up to pre-start and it is too late to withdraw already. You may consider if you don't mind the quality of the house. The sales consultant promised everything but ended up a different story. We are first time buyer and we have no experience at all. First, they will promise all the things you requested and slowly they changed to what they could give in the variations WITHOUT telling you or explaining to you. We thought we have delivered what we want to the sales consultant and most importantly, we trust them! Therefore, when the contract/variations come, we glanced through and signed off. Few of the things we managed to find out before the work starts, so we can work it out to what we can accept but unfortunately, many things couldn't be change as we only found out when the house almost completed. Some of the things they are using their unique names and we won't know if we are not in this field. The administrator sent a lot of variations to us, one by one without further explain. See, we are not looking at all these contracts/variations everyday and we don't have much knowledge in all these. They won't be responsible because the only thing they said was, you have signed the variations. Ended up, we have to find our own suppliers and change those things at our own cost. We spent much more than our budget. This is ridiculous! I would recommend to go for higher rank builder rather than finding a cheap builder. If I can, I would rate NO star to this builder.

My friend, who is not very experienced is still waiting for her home to be built when being told it should commence in September last year. She was asked for additional money which she was not expecting and has already commenced monthly repayments on her home loan. It appears the customer guidance, support and feedback from Aussie Living Homes is non-existence. Might have to get a third party in the industry involved to keep an eye on them. Zero star for now until we get some sort of decent explanation from them..

These guys were great in the initial stages, they sorted all the problems during the building stages and now their follow up has been exceptional. This Builder is the real deal.

Proficient and helpful throughout the building process and to top it off they finished the house earlier than expected.
