Great if you're a tenant. You can't paint walls and the landlord won't even know...until 6 months later...and when the landlord asks questions? its fine because its not a bad job and they'll just be advised to let it go. Never mind the mortgage they have to pay. Never mind they never saw a property condition report. just throw in a rent decrease request, no worries as a tenant Professionals Duncraig have your back. The landlord will just have to suck it up and pay the 8% and wait to they are able to terminate the contract.

Worst Real Estate Agency. Do not use this group - they are completely incompetent (you have to know the Residential Tenancy Act Back to front - do not rely on them know any of it), lazy (you will have to follow up on your own home being unkept and dirty after each rent inspection), the fees you pay should go on 4 rental inspections per year but when they don’t complete them they will say “it got lost in the system”. Complete waste of money - we are taking this further but hope to warn other in the meantime. Our experience was with the one in Duncraig.

Very helpful. We had stuff to sign while on holiday. Our local professionals arranged all the paper work to them. They were more than happy to show us through the contract and return the details to our agent.
