I had a antique chest of drawers that was left in the house for the renters, in  room where there was no built in wardrobe. The tenant stole this and the property manager had no idea as the final inspection report did not pick up that it was missing. I let them know about this when I finally got my keys back and contacted them repeatedly to try and get it back from the tenant - no response from the company at all. They seem really nice but I cannot recommend them as a property management company at all.

They like to make sure you always use third party just to pay rent instead of dirctly to them 
And connect one incures fees

They have really friendly staff who are willing to go that extra mile to help with  any problems. They will help anyone who are looking for a rental or even buying a property. I personally cannot fault any of the staff.

I was referred by a friend when I needed an agent to sell my property. They were professional from the very start, had extensive knowledge of the real estate area, provided exceptional service & kept me up to date all the way through to settlement.
