Terasa listened to us before we listed our property with her. She was willing to list according to the independent not real estate company valuator price we had obtained. She always called us back on our queries. When showing our home she also took special care of the items that were of importance to us. Overall we feel it went really well.

From start to finish we found that Gest Real Estàte as a company were all ways professional in their handling of the sale and purchase of our properties and real estate agent Anthony Fuda was with us all the way in helping us through the process and keeping stress to a very low level.

Three stars is probably the most I would give any Real Estate Company after our recent experience. Apparently they no longer work conjunctions with other companies agents and maybe not even intra office conjunctions or appear to have an investor client list, but they do put your property on the Internet about four sites and wait for someone to ring for an appointment. The home opens we had were only a half hour in duration and a total of eight 4 hours for three months with little or no action or really any alternative strategies other than to keep in lowering the price.  Our thinking was if there were four or more home opens in the same area with the same 30 minute opening times the chances were minimal of attracting a buyer.  Would we use an agent again? Well possibly but I think the minimum fees of $7000 -10,000 on a property around $350,000-$400,000 plus GST and then advertising of approximately $1500.00. is rather extreme.  We most certainly would not sign an exclusive 90 sales contract ever again but would consider 30 with a review at the end of each month  Our agent was an extremely nice man, professional and competent. He just never got the buyer.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with GEST WA for many years now. Their knowledge and insight of the local rental and sales market is second to none. From selling my personal property to leasing out both my rental rentals through their property management department,  they made the whole process seamless. I would highly recommend their services for property management or to enlist them as a sales agent.

We have just recently used Gest Real state: Jason Whiteman and Goran Vukovic to sell our house we could not be happier with the experience, and professionalism and effort from them both. They have managed to sell our home within a matter of a few weeks of having it up on the market. With weekly updates and updates on every home open. Then they have helped me and my family find another property with Goran Vukovic and Jason Whiteman coming out with us to look at every house we said we liked. Gest real estate is the best and most professional Real estate agency out we have ever experience and we would love to recommend them to every out there looking to buy or sell just to have the experience we did. We will use them again and we are very happy with Gest and the time and effort from there team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WILL USE AGAIN THANKS SO MUCH TO EVERY ONE AT GEST.
