If I could give a 0 rating i would!!
The worst Real Estate I have ever dealt with. Rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I was constantly chasing the agent up and she would ignore my emails, phone calls and text messages. When she did respond she was unprofessional. the odd occasion she would remain professional.

Couldn't fault their service. Competent Property Manager which reinstated my trust towards the Real Estate Industry. As a landlord and tenant I have certainly experienced both sides of the fence. In this particular case I was the tenant who rented a property through Harcourts. I was impressed with the level of response given when assistance was needed.  I have had a top property manager who knew how to do the job .(not common these days anymore)

I just want to thank Hayley and Gwyn and all of the team at Harcourts Integrity, i have been extremely impressed with the level of communication and service provided to us through our application process. i look forward to renting through Harcourts they are definitely a well prepared and successful team. Thanks again
