Friendly,͏ Caring, Wealth of Knowledge & Extremely Professional From the moment we met Paul we felt at ease. The decision to sell our 5 acre property, our family home for 30 years was going to bring a mixed bag of emotion but Paul  “got us”  he understood us, he put us at ease and worked tirelessly to bring us the best result.  The never ending phone calls and questions we made to Paul were answered promptly and professionally but always with care and encouragement. He kept us informed all the way and made selling our home smooth and trouble free. His knowledge of the Swan Valley is invaluable and top notch and his passion to look after his client is amazing.  We are so very proud and happy we chose him to sell our precious home. We will miss seeing his smiling face but if we buy or sell again he will be the man we go to.  A huge “Thank You”  Paul for all your hard work, care and professionalism. We will be recommending you to all our friends and family.

First͏ rate agent! Shane was very prompt in coming back to us with an estimated price and he kept us constantly informed throughout. He was very positive in his assessment of our property's value and promoted the property really well. He was very thorough with the technical issues involved in the sales process and gave us sound advice. Nigel, from Ross Realty, was professional, knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish.  His knowledge of our suburb was second to none and knew exactly how to price and market our home to achieve the best outcome.  Our house was under offer within 24 hours of our first home open. This is not an unusual result for Nigel given the other houses he’s managed have received offers in the same time frame.  Can’t thank Nigel and his team enough. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking to sell with Minimal delays and issues.

Easy property sale transaction from start to finish. From start to finish, with the sale of my property, I could not fault Hakim. He always followed my requests, and was never pushy or rushed me at all. He got the price I wanted for my property in under 1 week ! He was professional and always prompt to return all texts, calls and emails, which meant a smooth, stress free transaction. I work FIFO and trusted him with my house hey from day 1, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended this agent, who I would use again without hesitation.

We were tenants for one of the property managed by Ross Realty. Our property manager Ashlee Packard was amazing. She is professional, friendly and very easy to deal with. When we had to break our lease early she was very accommodating. Thanks for being a great agent Ashlee.

I have entrusted property manager Melanie with looking after my property in Dianella over the years. She has always been efficient and diligent in handling all tenancy related situations. While I was away overseas this entire time, Melanie made sure to keep me posted about all the lease status and I would also commend on her and her team on producing some of the most comprehensive property condition reports. Melanie has well demonstrated top level professionalism and work ethics.  I am truly impressed and haven no reservation in recommending Melanie and her team to anyone!

Hakim Mousavi - Good͏ communication and fair representation. Hakim was upfront and easy to work with. Communication was efficient and executed in a timely fashion. Every effort was made to ensure the deal was done with fair representation of buyers and seller.
