Incredible!! Xceed؜ real estate have been absolutely amazing with our new rental! We were amazed at the state of the property considering the condition it had been in with the previous tenants which would of been so unfortunate as it is a beautiful house! Really appreciate all the hard work that would of gone into getting the house back up to scratch! Feels like a new home! Really appreciate the professionalism and prompt communication which puts our minds at ease for the future! Definitely feel like we're being very well taken care of!

We started our journey with Xceed roughly 3 years ago. Two properties down, and we have had the best experience so far. We have dealt with a number of property managers and found all of them to be excellent and very professional. All our queries were attended to on time and assisted us in peaceful living.  Special mention to Kim, Robyn, and Ray. When our property owner suddenly sold the apartment and we were on short notice to find a place to move in; Kim, Robyn, and Ray helped us tremendously. My partner and I are very grateful to them for their outstanding service at very short notice.  Definitely recommend Xceed.

Exceptional͏ Purchasing Experience Adam and Kellie are very knowledgeable about all aspects of selling and purchasing a new home. Initial response time to my expression of interest was immediate and respectful. Adam made time to view and walk me through the property. He visited and listened to my requests, asked relevant questions, and made reasonable suggestions for the steps ahead in a calm, confident and unrushed fashion. Adam and the Auctioneer guided me through the steps to the online-auction, well in advance of the event. I felt well-informed, excited but calm during the bidding and final step. Kellie sent me the names of Settlement Agents and Pest & Structural Inspectors to choose from. This was immediate and expertly handled, I am so thankful. Adam was available to allow my family to see the property and facilitated the minor repairs prior to moving in over the busy Christmas and New year Season. Kellie and Adam were available to handle my questions after moving in and have their support is amazing, their demeanour is always positive, polite and genuine. I hold deep respect for Professional RE Agents who are honourable, thoughtful, kind and efficient. This Team, Adam and Kellie, are The BEST. Thank you for your support and making the purchase of my new home such a wonderful experience.

Excellent؜ and professional team at Xceed. Xceed realtors, a great and professional group of people, clean and beautiful office environment.  Gary was ever so helpful guiding us through the process.  We felt at ease, relaxed and we could see that he really care about his clients.  We were always kept updated with the transition of the new rental property we were moving into.  I would recommend Xceed to anyone looking to do any Real Estate transactions.

Part #2 Just wanted to add a positive side to my experience from the last approx 5 months of being with exceed. My final property manager did make the effort to keep in contact re various things and since moving out of the property she has been very helpful in keeping me up to date re bond release and other issues etc. So I really appreciate the work Samantha put into these last few months since taking over the property. Thank you.  Part # 1 With so many staff you would think the customer service would be top notch.... they take forever to reply,  didn't follow through after confirming they would, to do with rent day change, big turn over with property managers for the 1 property.

First͏ class service and professionalism!!  We can highly recommend Adam and his team at Xceed Real Estate - and urge you to use them for the sale/purchase of your home.  Adam and his team have made the sale of our home so stress free and they were always so helpful and professional and friendly.  Nothing was ever too much trouble and if we needed anything they were only a phone call away to sort out our enquiry immediately.  It goes without saying that we would definitely use Adam and Xceed again and look forward to our next collaboration.

Adam͏ supported me like my best friend My husband and I purchased our home through Adam over 5 years ago.  A drastic change in circumstances meant I had to sell, and I contacted Adam as I'd been impressed by his professionalism then. Adam was kind, considerate,  helpful and supportive. Jackie Skubevski is simply an excellent property manager. Currently we are a tenant of  one of her managed commercial property. She has been very helpful, co-operative and very neutral . Our experience is really good  with her so far as she always receives our call ,answers our emails and acts on all our service request immediately.  We are really happy with the services we have received from Jackie in last few years.  We highly appreciate her efforts .
