Unsympathetic, unhelpful, & simply don’t care about you. Lack of response to emails & had to chase up again & again. However, when it came to leaving the property (break lease but I made sure I was as helpful as possible) they couldn’t act fast enough to get things done without telling me & take my money. Although it may be ‘justified’, it shows the complete lack of care they have for tenants. They didn’t bother to communicate with me unless convenient for them. I hope nobody else has to go through the levels of stress I have had from this experience. Safe to say I have learnt how harsh some property managers can be.

I take the suggestion of bad customer service very seriously as I pride myself on down to earth good service and ensure that my staff also offer good customer service. I have carried out a detail full investigation and there has never been a client of Homehunters Realty with the Name of Aaron Hunter.

I have bought 3 propertys from Home Hunters and find them very helpful and professional. When buying each property I found it refreshing to find the agent to be honest and straight to the point. The property  management team are excellent and always keep me informed about my tenant's and the current market. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent.

Terrible customer service.  Never reply to phone calls, emails or questions.  After directing a complaint to the Director I still failed to receive a reply.  
Absolutely appalling business operation.  Do not use.

The Agent couldn't even be bothered showing up to a house viewing that had been advertised. 6 groups of people came to view the home and all stood out the front waiting. When I called the agent she didnt seem to care and also didnt provide a reason as to why she didnt bother to go. Really wouldn't want a lazy agent leasing my property in this market
