The property manager has been the the problem from the start taking her to court next week in 3 privacy breaches.

I am compelled to describe my very disappointing experience with Angelina. Above all you require honesty and openness and I got none of these. Angelina went behind my back on so many occasions and I am currently reporting her actions to the Department of Consumer Affairs.There were so many issues of trust and honesty including resolving the bond without the bond holder, asking for invoices and given quotes....sorry but if you dont know the difference you need to find out. Reneging on her verbal advice, no correspondence until a formal complaint to the licensee. Beware

Katherine Kruger helped my fiance and I with accurate rental price predictions. Without her help we would have been unnecessarily out of pocket. Now we have more money to spend on the upcoming wedding! 

Katherine is very professional, always made me feel like a valued client. 

Abel McGrath team is a great company - no complaints here. Would highly recommend to friends/family.

I had planned to call a few real estate agents whilst looking for a new property manager for my rental unit, to replace an incompetent agent. By the time Katherine Kruger had answered all my questions I knew I had found my new management team.
Katherine managed the transition of my property quickly and painlessly for me. 
Angelina has been looking after my property for the last few months and it has been an absolute dream to have an attentive and proactive person looking after my property. 
Also they have already saved me hundreds of dollars with their team of contractors.

I bought my apartment off Abel McGrath and i absolutely love it!! Now i have finished decking the place and i love it even more. They were very flexible around the viewing times that was possible for me with work.I recommend them highly.
