We're WA's real estate institute and we exist to make the selling, leasing and buying of property as simple as possible for all West Aussies.

Story

REIWA is Western Australia’s real estate institute, the peak body for the real estate profession in the state.

We operate the real estate portal reiwa.com to provide a place where sellers, tenants, buyers and agents can connect.

We offer up-to-date market intelligence and advice as well as relevant training, events and networking opportunities for agents.

We represent the real estate industry in WA and lobby the Government on legislative change to maintain the health of our industry and ensure a good environment to buy, sell or rent property.

Have attended seminars here. Pleasant, modern venue with clean toilets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Vegan + GF dietary requirements are catered for. Note The facilities are on level 1 of the building and there is access by stairs. Not sure if there is elevator access.

Always love REIWA - an industry body working with state and federal governments in an advocacy position, handling training and accreditation requirements for real estate agents and a wealth of information for the general public. Support them when you can.

Highly professional very helpful excellent training offered. Toilets and tea room clean and spacey all types of refreshments available during the courses. Only downside is no outdoor atea to wait for pickup or smokr

I have just telephoned REIWA with an enquiry about water bills I receive on a monthly basis from my land lord (real estate agency). It was a genuine pleasant enquiry about why I am being charged for water without seeing a rate notice. No malice intended. (I like where I live & I like my Property Manager). I spoke to Debbie, Her answer to my enquiry was agressive and rude, I quote her exact words where " well, you drink warta dontcha, you bathe dontcha.So you gotta pay for the warta". Excuse my ignorance, but where I have lived previously we have bore water so I was only asking, as I was not aware of a pay as you use system and I was only asking nicely. Oh, and by the way last time I looked "You" was said as You, not cha. & Water was said as water not warta. Really,... can we not do a little better than this.
