Great people! I sold my home with Paragon Property and there professional and personal service was five stars!
I then after the sale of my home I became a tenant of theirs and the great service did not stop there, kind and efficient property managers made the change smooth and stress free. 
Would highly recommend Paragon Property to anyone.

In dealing with Paragon over the years I have found them to be incredibly rude and unprofessional.  I would never ever rent a property again that they manage and I never would have in the first place if I knew what I was in for.  Reading the reviews of other tenants who sound like they have had similar issues with them and reading Paragons responses is just disgraceful.  Paragon, take some responsibility for your lousy, rude and disrespectful staff and the way that they treat people and poorly manage properties.  Don't continually pass the buck onto everyone else but yourself, not once in any of those replies have you taken ownership for an issue yet so many people seem to have the same issues with Paragon!

The shittest property “managers” in history. Beware and do not even consider them an option if you have any expectations above 1% in the areas of professionalism, competence and effort.

Paragon property is the worst real estate I have ever dealt with.  They are completely unprofessional and I agree with the other comments of being borderline illegal treatment of tenants.  On top of that, they are extremely hard to deal with, outright rude and completely demeaning.  I would never again rent a property from them or leave any of my rentals in their hand.

Terrible !   The property I rented was totally sub standard.  The roof leaked and nothing that was meant to be fixed actually got fixed.   I had huge issues getting my bond back because they were scared of the owner and losing his business and would not be honest with him.   I recommend you don't even think about using this agent.
