I have been in a Jones Ballard unit on Labouchere Rd for almost a year. There has been no issues with the unit and I haven't had to ask for anything to be fixed. It is situated in a quiet group of 10 units and feels a very safe area. Proximity to the motorway/city/lovely South Perth cafes has been wonderful. Would have stayed but I can't afford to buy a house in the area so have had to look further afield!

As a renter the property manager was excellent, very friendly, actioned maintenance requests very fast, same day repairs and correspondence between us was excellent, exceptional to deal with throughout my leasing period. Could not recommend them highly enough, other team members were very coutious and friendly. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I would highly recommend Jones Ballard to any landlord. They have been looking after my property for nearly 20 years. Through Jones Ballard, I have had several property managers in that time, each has been thorough, reasonable and very easy to deal with and to contact. The current property manager, Rachel Hannah, is exceptionally helpful. Any issues large or small is brought to my attention quickly and various solutions are offered.

I’m very happy with Jones Ballard as a group as a whole because of their excellent customer service be it with the rental real estate agents or the property manager. I have been dealing with them for over two years and Rachel Hannah has taken care of us and sorted things for us with the best possible outcome. It’s been an excellent business relation with no complaints.

My husband and I have had a very positive experience with Jones Ballard. Rent inspections are completed with no disruption to our private lives. The property managers respond in a timely manner to any questions or queries we have, which we really appreciate. We are very happy with our rental property and with Jones Ballard Property Group.
