Still waiting on my bond. Every time I pay a bill, anither one turns up a few days later. For crazy things. I moved out 2 months ago.

Do NOT rent any properties from Century 21 in East Perth. 4 months after we moved out and we still have not received our bond back. Our requests for information go ignored constantly by Natalie or when we call she is conveniently in meetings. Also when we rented from them our maintenance requests were CONSTANTLY ignored by manager Suzie. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! When we moved in on the agreed date the apartment was not cleaned, no repairs made, no curtains in bedroom and we were only given ONE fob for getting into apartment building - so unorganized and incapable of organising simple things. Horrible experience - so stressful!

I had the worst experience of my time renting.  The place was filthy and the carpet threadbare.  There was grease an inch thick on the oven fan.  Truly disgusting. I had no choice at the time because rent prices were so high.  Promises were made that the carpet would be replaced before I arrived and that the space between the ceiling and the living area would be closed, because dust was floating down.  These were not kept.  I started getting asthma as soon as I got home in the evening.  While repairs were made in the next two months it was me that had to move my furniture and arrange access and my asthma didn't go away. I'd give no stars if I could.

Terrible experience.Requests on maintainance around the unit were often ignore, cleverly twisted later on when further emails sent about things get worsen or broken.Ie. fan in bathroom,laundry,lamination around kitchen bench and sink.The bathroom was flooded badly once due to tree roots grow in to the pipe, dirty water was flooded out and emails were ignore until my husband walk into their office and ask them to do something.
The property wasn't in perfect cleaning condition when we move in.
 After we vacate Lisa sent a cleaner without noticing us and claim we owe her fees for cleaning the blind, when question why didn't you let us know before,we could have clean it? Lisa said  she could,but she did not have to give me the opportunity(?). (This epic reply 'I could but I did not have to' has vanished all my respect  to Lisa after a two years tenancy with 21century.
She even attempt to give me a quote for painting in the bathroom which the peeling of paint was causes by poor ventilation from the broken fan we have been request fixing 2yrs ago!! I am in awe and disappointed with this agency.

*The cleaning fees has been exempt in the later communication however this review and what been said was  true as written.

Justina help me to solve things out very quickly, when we decided to move out from the place she arranged the professional cleaning and the bond papers to claim the money as fast possible.
