Please do not trust these people. They have NO customer support if you have a problem. Get everything in writing, especially if you are a tenant. Don't rely on their inspections.

They were wonderful when we first started renting with them about 4-5 years ago, but it has just gone from bad to worse since then, and it did become unpleasant enough that we elected to move out. The move out process was awful, we still don't have our bond back after over two months, and several emails that we sent to check up on the progress of it and to see if there was anything else we had to do were just ignored, and as a result, we now seem like we are not getting much bond back at all even though we had the property professionally cleaned. A nightmare. Avoid renting with them if possible.

Ian Hutchison real estate were, and still are, an absolute pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend their services for sale and lease. We recently sold our home with Rhys Chester, Rhys absolutely exceeded our expectations in all aspects of the sale including communication, reliability and professionalism from our first point of contact through until the settlement of our home. We have also had family dealings with the leasing department at Ian Hutchison real estate, Suzie is a highly experienced property manager whom we have personally dealt with. Highly recommend Ian Hutchison real estate, a very skilled group of real estate professionals!

My experience with Ian Hutchison Real Estate was an extremely good one. I had attempted to my property in South Perth with another agent for many months with little joy and very few viewers. Almost immediately upon signing with Ian Hutchison R/E, my Agent Steve Lally had a steady stream of people through and within a month, I had 2 offers. My property sold and settled seamlessly. I found all the Hutchison personnel connected with the sale to be highly professional, straightforward and efficient. Would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to engage them again in the future, should I need real estate services.
