Agents here are nice and receiving until you sign the papers. They disappear and you can't contact them easily. With regards to Cindy Lee, she is extremely incompetent in getting things done. She doesnt reply her emails nor leave a message saying that she would be away. Even when you call in for her, and she's not around at the moment. She doesnt call you back even when you leave a message for the receptionist to do do. Here are things that they are good at 1) reminding you to pay rent & collecting rent on time 2) reassuring you that issues will be resolved soon P.S. its been 5 months of email & call exchanges & nothing has been done ... i am really really exhausted to ask for updates and receiving a unhelpful reply such as "im still waiting for owners to reply" AND EVEN NO REPLY AT ALL. If i wasnt bonded by the contract, i would definitely leave at once. Advice for tenants: Only go to LJ Hooker as your last resort.

Locals and myself, made a numerous of complains regarding certain tenants renting a unit in our local area, the place had been thrashed, very loud, rubbish everywhere on the front lawn , bins tipped over on the road, mattress outside the unit with strangers sleeping on them, strangers arriving in groups staying, drinking getting abusive to each other, glass smashed on paths where local's would walk by, police called a few times. Contacted LJ hooker Victoria Park told we all feel for our safely all they wanted wants photos and statements from the locals really. Not our JOB.

This review is specific for agent: FULTON BORTHWICK. Everything is nice until you sign your name on the dotted line. After that, he becomes the most arrogant, incompetent, unpleasant human being. Despite me being extremely patient and understanding, he has had the audacity to shout at me on the phone on numerous occasions - and he acts like I am the difficult one! How UTTERLY, UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL. It is clear that he just wants his money. Save your hair and don't go anywhere near this man.

Will never deal with this incompetent real estate agent again. Took over 2 months to get my bond back from one broken plastic Venetian blind clip that they then charged $125 for. I didn't even get the chance to fix it myself because they kept sending emails to an incorrect email address despite me telling them numerous times it must be wrong.

I have two investment properties that LJ Hooker Vic park have been managing for the last 4 years and never had an issue. My property manager always keeps me informed and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
