Recently moved into a property in Claremont with Abel McGrath. Whilst the property was properly presented and what we were hoping for we are still waiting on basic utilities. We had no gas as this was locked by ATCO, who were awaiting confirmation of new tenants moving in - I would think this should be the responsibility of the agents? The owners had also removed all nbn infastructure and we are STILL without internet access. We should have been informed about this! Good property managers would ensure all basic utilities are available for tenants upon moving in.

Abel's property management team are Fantastic to work with - they deliver to promise + there communication is top notch! Also we have had dealings with a Great agent there - Richard Clucas, talk about going the extra mile - he door knocked for months to find the home we wanted.

We were nervous putting our home on the market for lease in a slow market, where properties in the area are taking an average of 6 weeks to let. Abel McGrath managed to secure a Tenant for our home in less than a week! The friendly, experienced, and helpful team (especially Sandra & Jess) kept us informed throughout the process ensuring a smooth transition. We cannot thank you enough!

5 stars all the way - Richard Clucas of Able McGrath Claremont sold our property in under two weeks! I found dealing with Richard and his colleagues at Able McGrath Claremont very easy. Everyone we dealt with was highly responsive, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely invested in helping my husband and I achieve the best result possible when selling our home. Keep up the great work guys.
