I am delighted to write a review on behalf of Leanne O’Leary of Abel McGrath Property Group. I appointed Leanne to sell my property in Floreat recently and she did a fantastic job. I live overseas and so Leanne went above and beyond what would normally be expected of an agent. Leanne has a solid grasp of the Floreat property market, is dedicated, extremely trustworthy and possesses excellent people skills. I suspect one of the many reasons she is so effective as a real estate agent is due to her non-pushy yet respectfully assertive approach. I cannot recommend Leanne highly enough.  She was a pleasure to deal with and achieved a very good price within a relatively short period of time. While the highest selling  price is important, I think being able to trust your agent and know explicitly that they are acting in your best interest is the most important criteria for an agent and in that respect, Leanne did not disappoint.

I have worked with Leanne for many years, she always goes above and beyond for her clients. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Leanne to anyone looking to sell and/or buy property. She will take good care of you.
