Thanks to Jason Kim who has taken care of the start to end process. Initially ordered Jimny but had to cancel due to personal reasons and even then he was helpful with the canceling order process with smile. When placing an order for the Swift, had to change few things but he took care of it flawlessly. When buying Suzuki, Jason Kim is the man you need to ask for! You will never regret taking my advice :

The absolute worst customer experience imaginable. Came to drop off vehicle for servicing. No customer parking. Cars backed up to entrance.  Waited 15min in line to speak to service desk despite being booked in for a specific time.  Was told vehicle would not be ready until end of day late afternoon. No loan vehicle offered. Service manager was impatient and condescending.  Boxes of stock and accessories stacked to the absolute brim all around entrance of dealership. Safety and fire hazard galore. No waiting room of space.  Would rather drive to another postcode than to come service here.

Jason H explained everything clearly.Welldone!  Everything was fine except the low value offered for my intended Trade-In vehicleProbably by the person who handles trade in vehicles. Decided to sell my car privately.  I was gutted to hear that terribly low price offered. Probably not a ideal place to trade your old vehicles at this place. When checked with other dealers, the price of the car was almost double than what Winger has offered.So I wouldn't recom them for the Trade-in part, as the person concerned was trying to rip off.

I got a car today. I ordered a Jimny car from Jason Kim. I received it so comfortably. he Highly recommended Jason kim.!!!

Brought my suzuki swift in recently to get it checked out as the car had an issue while in idle. Explained exactly how to recreate the issue and suggested it was probably the spark plugs. Waited for two and a half hours only to be told the technicians drove the car for an hour and couldn't find anything wrong with it. Was also told that the technicians are really busy then I noticed that the petrol meter barely moved from when I brought it in... ended up bringing the car to an AA service center and they managed to find the issue which they determined was the spark plugs. Fixed the spark plugs and I was on my way. Didn't appreciate having my time wasted like this. I expected better from Suzuki.

Had a great experience with Nilay. He helped us quite a bit. We worked out a great deal with Nilay. we, myself and my partner both left very happy indeed. He kept in contact through the whole way. Upon picking my new Beast up he was excited for us and even gave us gifts for our new vehicle. Thank you Nilay for assisting me with the right buy for me. Love at first site I would say.
