Our Business Purchased our first vehicle through Tony Huang at the Greenlane Toyota dealership. We highly recommend Tony. What a fantastic experience, he was incredibly communicative and this was from the first initial order until delivery. Tony is a nice guy himself, and always offered us coffee when we walked through the door. We wish him all the best with his future endeavours and we are sure it will be bright ! Tony knew both about the vehicle itself, but also the Toyota Warranty and Service Plans as well which was a Big draw for us. Toyota’s Pricing Structure is great, no haggling required and crystal clear transparency Looking forward to hopefully, ordering another vehicle in the future from this dealership! Thank you! Excellent Customer service. I got my hybrid car servicing done here great job done it feels like brand new car cheers. The team is very polite, professional, and helpful good vibes. Thank you Pramodh for explaining everything in detail and thank you service team who did an immaculate job servicing my car. Thanks to the manager of the store who ensured if everything was alright thanks for your concern , great team. Two suggestions :- A- Please change the couches in waiting lounge the back support is too short to seat comfortably. B- Coffee was complimentary which was great may be some “free” munchies could a great add on to the whole experience. Thanks team Toyota Green lane have a great week ahead. Regards Dishant
I have been servicing my car here for the last few years and I absolutely love the service given by the team there. Most especially Henry in customer service team, always emails me and calls me to let me know what’s happening/updates on my vehicles. These days trust is broken by so many, but with this team at Greenlane I know my vehicles are in good hands and the service done on my vehicles are done 100 %
Just got our car back from a "service" at Auckland City Toyota and the state of it was a disgrace. The whole rear interior was in bits. Just shocking. Some items had been damaged by the service personnel and then they wanted to charge us to repair it. Absolutely shocking how bad this was... for a basic service that turned into a 2 day nightmare.
Not very helpful in providing inquiry information for potential 2 new vehicles worth over 150k! So went to another outlet who were much more helpful.
Good, quick service. Good customer service by Pramodh. A thing to improve: It is good if you guys can provide warranties as written documents for replaced car parts.
This review is specifically for Pramodh Manavarthi. Every time I visit Toyota, this gentleman is always the first the greet you, first the have your issue resolved & always creates great simple conversation and makes sure your well and truely looked after. I wish all car yards had multiple Pramodhs, the world would be an easier place. Good job sir.
The best and only place we take our Hyundai iLoad to for an honest and perfect service. The service manager, Richelle, is so ontop of everything and an absolute pleasure to deal with
