I recently booked a vehicle in for a service 3 weeks in advance to loan a vehicle for the day. Unfortunately, I was given a vehicle that lacked basic features, like GPS and a screen for directions. I would need to watch my phone while driving. I contacted them complaining and I was told thats the only one available. It's disappointing that a well known service centre would loan out a vehicle which looked as if it was from 2008/2010, especially when I made arrangements ahead of time. I expected a better experience and more attention to detail from an international brand. The staff were nice. No complaints but loan vehicles was questionable. I won't book here again.
I purchased my new car from this dealership. Vijay was very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was easy and Vijay kept me informed and looked after during it! Offered his car if needed as a curtesy car! I love my new car, very zippy! Thank you guys! Recommend!!

Team members were friendly, and the sales team were always trying to help us get the best deal when we see them in person; however, they were really bad on following up and we end who have to chase him. The servicing team were great: friendly, helpful and did a great job.nOther people talking about getting or being offered coffee when they came; how come you guys deny me coffee, one of the lady even told me that you weren't giving out coffee.nI still give you guys 5 stars just because of your service team are that good.
I brought a 1996 Toyota to them for a service and spent nearly 600 dollars, just for a service. I don’t mind the price and I love cars. The most insult and ironic part is they said the car is too old and they can not fixed the problem and they don’t dare to check. The receptionist were all rude, looks like an immigrant. The management member who came was even worse and arrogant, looks like a local. I will tell 100 people about this. And if this comments is viewed for more than 1000 times. I will write to Akio Toyoda. I am from Japan. Surprise. And look at their comments below, they never feel sorry. Then why I should help you to improve?
