Auckland City Toyota - Mt Wellington

Very poor services. Bought highlander since 2014. Wof and services annual in their merchant. Just complete services at 2/11/22. The air filter and sparks has not changed. And blue smoking appeared. My mechanic found the oil has not change during last services. Waste my $360.

Absolute legends! Matt and the team went above and beyond and then some!!! to be able to get my car sorted as soon as possible and around my busy work schedule! absolutely love how dedicated and efficient these guys are. Couldn’t fault them for anything. Thanks so much guys! I love my little Aqua so much!

The service Department exemplify the word Service, they go out of their way to ensure everything is OK and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have been a client for a few years and met a lot of different staff but the service is consistently excellent.

This is a nugget of a Dealership. Friendly service of a top quality work. The bonus, THEY WASHED AND VACUUMED THE CAR!! Some of the other Toyota dealerships in NZ need to take a leaf out of this place. The Service Side Assistant Manager, brilliant gent who gets a special mention as the front line person - fab customer service and cannot fault at all. Keep it going guys and you will have a definite loyal customer in me.
