If looking to purchase a vehicle from here make sure you get it AA tested and thoroughly check over very little bit of the vehicle for missing parts, seat belts not working or sticking, batteries only holding 20% charge and failing within 2 months, cut and polish complete to an average standard. Once you drive it out the gates the wont fix anything, there is no 3 month warranty here. Besides this I am happy with the ute.

I would not recommend this dealer. Pre-purchase experience was ok however they are aiming for one off sale and they will turn you away for the reason of " wear and tear and its second hand this is what you are expected" for any issues aftersale. So if you do buying car from them please dont trust anything they said or promised to you and check the car carefully via third party pre-purchase inspection. Was promised a through cut and polish and clean the interior stains however none of those were actioned but with more scraches on the car. Battery was dead after I drove the car home and was fixed after " special approval" on first day. Steering wheel was peeling and clour was fading and they refused to repair as this is " Wear and Tear" . Car was second hand but over $30K and not in a acceptable quality and after sale experience was terrible .
I won’t recommend this dealer. ————Pros———— - Good parking space - Easy Finance - Quick trade-in ————Cons———— - Not disclosing dents/scratches/broken interior plastic component, once you will find out after purchase they’ll only tell you there’s nothing for them to do because it’s not electrical or mechanical. If I have known those issues before buying I’ll definitely pass on purchasing. - Price more expensive than other dealers with same specs of particular vehicle - No support after purchase, they’ll only tell you contact the insurer and won’t reply to emails if you have concerns - Purchased a 20172020 as of writing model vehicle after few weeks of usage got an electrical problem and need to go back and forth to service center to fix the issue. Very frustrating!
Up front I am a repeat customer, having received good service the previous time, so I returned.. The service my wife and I received this time was better than before hence the 5 star rating. We went with the intention to browse, not knowing exactly what we wanted. Mark was excellent, he listened to our requirements, showed us a variety of vehicles, was not pushy and no pressurised sales techniques here. We test drove two vehicles and were given ample time to make our minds up over which one we wanted, even though there was other interested parties in the ones we were looking at. At the end of the day the transaction went extremely smooth. We purchased an excellent vehicle at a good price with a fair price for our trade in. Amanda & Mark were great to deal with and we drove home in our new vehicle a couple of hours after arrival
Dealt with John, very pleasant and accomodating. He remembered what I was looking for and emailed me as soon as one turned up in the yard, less than a day later, I'd test driven it and bought it. John was very helpful and knowledgeable, letting me drive different variations of the car so I could be sure of what I was after and has seen to having parking sensors added to the car at my request. Highly recommended to anyone in the market for a car.
Probably should have checked the reviews before purchasing from here. Spent a lot of money only to receive a car that had been absolutely thrashed by on if the staff members over summer. Was promised a thorough cut and polish but was given it with a quick vacuum and a wipe down. Exterior had multiple triangles of dust, clearly had only had a poor wipe down not a cut and polish. Interior was stained by the sunblock marks from the salesman and there was still all sorts of dust and grime all over the dash and buttons. Heaps of dust and dirt on the carpet too. When we voiced our concerns to the general manager Tony Neens we were just told that they did their best and our comments were fair..... super disappointing from a company that boasts good customer service on their website! Would recommend to anyone buying to not pay for anything until you are completely happy with the product. Lesson learnt. Won’t be buying from here again.
I would not recommend this dealer as there is not after care once the car is sold. Picked up a Mazda CX5 and was told that there was nothing worng and only after 5 days a service reminder came up which is an additional cost that they wont bear. This was not disclosed to us and rhe salesman name Mark and his boss kicked me out after I lodged a complaint of false selling.
I've never encountered such bad service, particularly from someone I was about to hand over a substantial sum of money to. I came in a week ago and test drove 2 cars, came back on Sunday to make an offer on one of them but asked to quickly test drive a third very similar model to make sure I'd checked all the options. At this point the sales man John inexplicably launched into a rude tirade about people coming and test driving cars but then buying them somewhere else. Well I can totally understand why after that behavior! I turned around and walked out, despite the fact that I liked the car and had the full $30k in cash ready to go, why would I spend my money with someone who acts so rudely?
Love my car - fortunately. A comedy of errors that begins with a very unknowledgeable and disorganised team selling EV's - that really shouldn't be. I had limited knowledge too - relying on them, which was not smart. Warrent had to be done - warrant person was on lunch. For a really really long time. 'Won't be long' turned into literally hours waiting, and we still left with not enough charge in the battery to get home. Nearly had to abandon the car half way and get picked up,- batter was depleting fast and we didn't know where or how to charge it. Three hours late, stressed, we made it. Very uncool. Home Charger didn't work - we had to make numerous trips to town to fast charge live out of town, so it was totally circumventing the economy and convenience of having an EV!. They refused to send a new charger until they had received broken one back because maybe I wanted to keep it??? and then said it hadn't arrived several days later... I had to get out of a work meeting and track the courier - turns out they did have it after all. Only provided one key, so they agreed to have another one coded for us - gave the service people the wrong details, so after a 40 minute drive there to have this done - turns out we have to go back and pick it up another time... 1.5 hour round trip. All in all - disorganised, poor service, time wasters. As I said, lucky I really love this car, but avoid these guys at all costs - they seriously don't give a s**t about anything past collecting the money.
