We have never really associated "positive experience" with the process of buying a new car...until we trusted a recommendation and went to Ideal Wheels.  Our experience was indeed a positive one.  It was nice to feel like people were working WITH us, not "working us." The price was reasonable, the car was very clean; Marv was so efficient and thorough and kept thinking of the little things that we might not have considered.  Other people jumped in to do the other things to prepare the car.  We also appreciate the idea of free labor on repairs.  It speaks to not only their confidence in their vehicles, but also in their dedication to maintaining customer relationships even after the purchase is made. Thank you for the unexpected but much appreciated positive car buying experience.

If I could them a one thousand star review,I would. They take the traditional car buying experience to a whole different level...even the paperwork portion of the sale,was easy and quick. The dealership reminds me of the Harley museum in Milwaukee,and it's so cool. There style is very laid back and casual,while still remaining professional. The team is made up of just regular guys you'd be happy to know and buy a car from...and it's Sioux Citys best kept secret when it comes to car buying. Trust me...just buy from them.

I couldn't be more thankful for Doug and all he did for my family! We went from a large truck to an amazing dodge Durango with plenty of room for all 6 of us! Maybe some day 7! Not only was he helpful but he has to be one of the most hardest working, coolest, and very energetic sales man ever!!! He knew just what we wanted and we finally took home the vehicle of our dreams! I just purchased my first car from these guys and they went above and beyond. When you walk in, you’re treated with the utmost respect and care, with any and all questions being answered in a way you can understand even with no knowledge about cars. I was helped by Marv and Doug, both amazing guys who make it seem as if you’ve known them for years. They made this complicated process easy and seamless, and they focus on what works for you best rather than focusing on a sale.

It was a great experience doing business with the gentleman at ideal wheels. The salesman aren't pushy and the service is phenomenal! Bought our 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from them and had no hassle. Got cookies in the mail shortly after purchasing our vehicle and that was unexpected. After purchasing the Jeep we found that the heater was not getting hot which is common for these Jeeps. They went out of their way to make it easier for us since we do not live near sioux city and with our work schedules for us to get it to a shop near us to have it looked at. They payed for flush with no hesitation at all! Hoping to do business in the future! Amazing experience!

I was looking for a Jeep for over 2 months found the Jeep that I really loved here the best price I've ever seen. These guys were amazing the best experience I've had with Kenny dealership. Then a week later I got a Box of really good cookies in the mail. Thanks Doug and the people that I dealt with when I picked up the Jeep.

Best place in Siouxland to purchased a nice used vehicle. Doug, Joe, and Marv are the go to salesmen, no pressure purchases, they work very hard to get customers approved for loans at a great price. These guys genuinely care about their customers. I purchaed a GMC truck at this location and couldn't be happier.

Ideal wheels attempted to screw my mother over. Had a p0756 solenoid B failure fault. Which is a simple cheap fix. They told my parents they found a tone wheel snap-ring out of position and needed a new transmission. WTF. That doesn't make sense as a tone wheel issue would give a speed sensor mismatch fault and would happen in all gears. Not just 3rd.  Went to the lot and found that the car was never moved. Never touched. The tone wheels are not held in place with snap rings and not accessible externally. If you are going to lie at least make it look like you did something.  Unfortunatly for you is that I have an engineering background and understand how things work. What do you tell customers that may not know any better.  We are done with your company.  I hope this review helps people decide to not do business with you and I hope your business fails so you can't screw more people over.  Attached message from Ideal  F.O. Disgruntled Customer
