First of all I would like to say the sales  person Andrew was great I bought the UTE. The reason for my 1 star rating is for a company that's been dealing in cars for 30 years the after service is appalling. I can just sit and wonder how many other people has gone thru what has happened to me and not know about that. When I bought the UTE there were a couple of broken parts/items on the UTE that had to be fixed and fan Belt going nuts when you first start the UTE in the mornings. After a few days I got an opening in there workshop to get all items on my list replaced. After I picked up the UTE the afternoon when I got home I realized that all items on my list has been replaced by secondhand parts. The fan belt was still not fixed  was mentioned to me that if fan belt was not ok they will replace fan belt Why Moyes just didn't  replaced the fan belt with a new one from the start I don't know. Could be secondhand replacement part as well, who knows. Another part was the rubber around the drivers door had a bit tear in it so the door did not seal properly. The replacement part had a tear in it as well : wow really ........... So not to sure if I will get this sorted now with other secondhand parts but my diesel cost driving up and down from North Shore & I'm loosing money taking of from work to take the UTE back to get this sorted. Just shocking for a company not has been in the trade for 30 years ...................... Red the reviews before you commit to buy from them.

We own a vehicle rental business in Wellington with over 50 vehicles and a forever growing fleet. Buying and selling lots every year. Our experience with Moyes used car department was great. Tony did well on responding our initial requests as we need photos and exact descriptions buying a vehicle unseen. Andrew did well on getting the vehicle ready on time and delivering the  vehicle.  I reckon they are professional and honest people to deal with. Thanks guys.

I recently purchased a 2016 Swift at Moyes. It was the best place to head as they had a lot of cars in this range and had a choice of colours. Steve helped on the day sealing the deal with a great price. The paperwork was efficiently done and on the day of pick up Steve tuned in the bluetooth and outlined the features of the car. Also letting me know I could always contact Moyes if I had any further questions. He has since made a courtesy call to check all is well with my gorgeous car, which I really enjoy driving. Great Service Moyes!

After purchasing a number of new cars, over the past 5 years, I wish to say a BIG thanks to Andrew Matheson from Moyes, for the outstanding service and making the process so easy. My husband and I recently bought a car from Moyes and the service was fantastic!!!    We had a bit of an issue with one of the keys for the car and contacted them to let then know.  The problem was solved with a new key at no cost with in days of us letting them know. We have been extremely happy with the service we have had and would recommend  to go and see Moyes if you are thinking about updating. Awesome work team!!!

We purchased a new car from Moyes Holden in 2007, very pleased with the service we received back then and recently we have been looking for  a car for our daughter, we returned to Moyes and Andrew Matheson helped us with the purchase of a used Suzuki Swift. Andrew was very helpful, honest and went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks to Andrew and the team at Moyes, I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew with his excellent service.

Bought a new car here a couple of weeks ago - probably one of the best and least stressful experiences I have had when making a big purchase. Andrew phoned me before I came in to look and had several cars ready for me to look at as soon as I arrived, he was super helpful from start to finish and made sure the whole process was quick and painless.  Will definitely use these guys again.

Moyes Panmure are fantastic! We've  brought 2 cars from them over the last 4 months. One is a super cool Suzuki Swift Sport and we love it! We got 2 great deals on our cars and the staff were very professional no matter the money we were spending! A+ team and a personal thanks to Andrew for great service!

Good Morning Mike  I purchased a used car yesterday from Moyes,  I must say dealing with this company has truly been a pleasure.  Andrew Matheson was my sales contact and he did a brilliant job, we had to wait a couple of hours because times in the work shop didn’t work out but that was ok.   The communication Andrew provided and his guidance with a good vehicle for myself was excellent.  I was very impressed with the whole team from the way the car was presented, to the service being completed and Brianna with the documentation. Bought a used vehicle off Moyes Panmure. And the worst dealership customer service award goes to arrogant General Sales Manager Lucas at Moyes. How did he earn that position as he has doesn't know how to send his customer's satisfied and happy.  He runs his business and their polices on the customer's expense with no compromise, no friendliness or even a simple smile. His reaction to.the deal was if you don't like me, then don't buy the car. And all we wanted was to pick the vehicle as soon as we paid for it. But his company policy said we have to take delivery on Monday because weekend they are not allowed to let go of the vehicle even when paid in full. So now have to find time and make another run during the week to pick my vehicle. Pathetic Moyes Panmure!
