A lovely lady called Vanya helped me with a cheerful smile to find the product I was looking for.nNot just the product but the best version for my needs.nShe provided me with excellent customer service and I believe she is an asset to your company!
Good abundance of products however we were looking to get a product off a high shelf and couldn’t find a staff member to help. They were all busy with the tills. We ended up leaving.
Staff SO unhelpful. Came to buy an outdoor set but after 20 minutes of staff fluffing around told that they didn’t have it. Ok, that’s fine - I asked if any other stores did. Staff wouldn’t look up and tell me!! Nor would they call and have one put aside. Never been to a store that was so unhelpful. Will go elsewhere in future.
The 5 stars is for the lovely staff member at checkout, Rita. A wonderful example of great customer service!
Very busy shop especially when they run the special, you can buy almost everything for you kitchen need and some outdoor furniture. It’s a good place for shopping. VH
