My parents love the new bed they purchased from Mt Wellington store and cant stop talking about the wonderful staff. My dad's had several back operations and the staff thoroughly explained the benefits of each bed and what he did or didn't need. They gave my parents plenty of time to lay on each bed with no pressure to make a decision until they were both comfortable. My parents chose a Beauty Rest Royale and it's made a huge difference to their sleep and dad's recover after another back operation. Highly recommend this store and staff!.
Purchased 2 beds on 2 different occasions from the owner and his team last year, great experience and service. There's no sales pressure from the team and you're encouraged to find what works for you. We're soon to purchase a third bed for our home from him!

Great people to deal with. Chris and his team were fabulous keeping me up to date on delivery etc... and his salesman First name unknown second name Morris +++. Bed arrived today and on time as promised. Will definitely shop here again.
The Chinese salesman is literally rude. Not sure if wearing normal casual coat made him think we were pretty poor. He didn't ask our budget, our requirements, directly brought us to the cheapest one. lol, that's really funny. Then we want to have a look at the 5 zone one cos that's what we like. He said: "you know if you want a better quality, you need you pay more? " and later several other sentences to tell us he doesn't think we could afford it. We ended up with getting the 5 zone one from another store.
Nothing but excellent service and quality beds time after time! My family bought beds from here years ago and had amazing service, so when I needed a new one I came straight here. Craig and Jeff were super approachable, understanding and very onto it. From the outset they weren't pushy, were respecting of my budget, and went above and beyond when I had to swap out the base of my bed due to a sudden house move. 10/10
Highly recommended. Purchased a bed base storage bed from these guys and they were great, Jeff, Joe and Craig, all very professional and helpful, did what they said they would do and when they would. Not one negative thing to say about my customer experience. The product was also far superior to what else, of similar description was in the market at the time.
Great quality beds, good prices and excellent customer service ! We've checked a number of Auckland shops before we made our choice at Bedpost Mt Wellington. Staff were keen to help us with our bed sizes/quality requirements. We bought 3 beds here. Sleep well now! Highly reccomend this shop.
