I was served by Reynold at the mount wellington branch and he was incredible! So professional and kind and he made the process so quick and easy. 100% will recommend this store to others because of my experience with the awesome customer service as well as a really good deal on an amazing pair of shoes!

On the 26th of January, my mother went to buy some shoes. It's a good store, but there were four workers together when she was there. She was asking kindly for assistance while looking to buy a pair of running shoes – one shoe was missing from the display, so she needed help finding the complete pair.nnUnfortunately, one of the male workers was extremely rude and threw the shoe box at her. Overall, his behaviour was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. On the positive side, the ladies at the counter were lovely and provided excellent customer service.
I was given hand signals and head nods which were meant to signal they were closed I assume while walking down the stairs by a staff member who was tall with dyed blonde hair, could have had the decency to say words or be at least a little polite. I came at 5:17pm, on their front door it says they are open until 6pm for reference. They closed 45mins early.
Good collection and lots of in stock items, shoutout to Zach who was very friendly and knowledgeable, jasmine was also very helpful; they both brought out items without being annoyed. Even though its like 20 mins away from where I live, I will be visiting again for boxing day. Highly recommend this store over morningside.
