The guy who helped me was so nice and very informative. It was my first time going into a store like this and I felt very safe and welcomed. The products I bought are very high quality and if you're thinking of going here you totally need to!!
We purchased a medium-high priced toy in-store, and while we loved using it, we found that it wasn't holding charge despite the fact that the battery had a Lithium-ion. We would charge it, then slip it into the drawer ready for later use, then find it flat as a pancake when we came to use it 3 or 4 days later. Took the toy back to the store, and J.T was extremely friendly, good-humoured and helpful when it came to getting the problem sorted. Thank you to J.T and the team at P&C. It's always fun shopping in-store with you guys.

Store smells like a public toilet & the staff were rude and discriminatory. Wasn’t allowed in the store with my exemption card.
Neither peaches or cream is sold here. Very misleading.
Kaye is super nice and friendly! As a first time experience, she did an amazing job at making it a friendly, chill environment and not awkward at all She is a wholesome gem!!
The guy working here did not help create a safe environment. Took out the toy we were purchasing and put his hands all over it. Not a good experience.
