The store has a reasonable selection of products but I have yet to have a single person say hello or offer to help with anything. Even the ‘greeter’ at the entry hardly makes eye contact. Checkout staff equally unfriendly. Multiple times I have found employees hiding in shelves playing on their phones. All the employees seem depressed. Just went to Mitre 10 on Lunn Ave and everyone was lovely. They’ll have my business from now on.
Hubby & I are regulars at Bunnings in Mount Wellington & Botany. We hired a Ute on Friday & was served for the first time by Thomas who has good customer service. We returned it Saturday afternoon & was served by the lovely & wonderful Ella, who serves us every now & then. I would say this young lady has Exceptional Customer Service. Product knowledge is on point. Every time we’ve shopped at Bunnings Mount Wellington she always greets us with a smile & explains the product patiently & with care. Ella goes above & beyond assisting us to the best of her ability in her own quiet manner. Keep up the great work Ella, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
Is this color weathered cedar? ? .You have to be kidding me, I bought this bucket of paint on Wednesday at 12:54, a lady and a white gentleman mixed it for me. I asked them many times and I said are they the same color? ? They were pretty sure they could tell me it was the same color. They told me it would be the same color when the paint was dry. I waited a day and the color was still different. Helped me go back to the store, and another clerk told me it was a different color and replaced it with a new bucket. I bought new tools and a bucket of black paint. Their mistake cost me an extra Over a hundred dollars and a lot of time wasted.
I highly recommend Bunnings Warehouse! I often pick up a 4-pack of Gasmate 220g Butane gas canisters for just $7.30—only $1.83 each! They last around 6 hours on low heat, making them perfect for heating my room, brewing quick espresso and tea, and cooking, all while being budget-friendly.nnThe store has a wide variety of products, making it easy to find what you need. I was hoping to see the Pizza Oven I purchased a few years ago for under $80, but unfortunately, it’s no longer in stock. I really hope they bring it back soon, as it was such a fantastic deal!nnOverall, Bunnings Warehouse consistently impresses with their selection and prices. I always leave feeling satisfied and excited for my next project!
Great team with many years experience.nOlder store but has the range and are happy to order if needed. Lots of parking space and they have a nice clean cafe area. Big playground for the kids.
