Very happy with everything. Urban sales were quick to answer all my questions and queries and made sure my order was sorted. We were very impressed with the quality of the bedside tables and they are exactly the look we were wanting. Would be confident to purchase from this business anytime in the future.
Urban Sales has excellent customer service and after sales support and care. We needed some spare parts for a furniture purchased from them as we have lost some parts and was blown away by the speedy communication. They were so helpful and went all out to help us source them. We are so impressed with their customer service. Highly recommended to purchase any item from them!
Very happy with my new IKEA desk. Ordered and received within 2 weeks to Wellington. Packaged very well probably slightly too well considering how long it took to get into lol. All parts shipped as per order.
Recently purchased 2 desks from Urban Sales trade me store. We were able to combine the postage which saved us money and had them at our door within the week. Nice place, beautiful furniture however one dining table and set of chairs we wanted was not on display but it was in their warehouse. We were going to buy it as we loved the look of the table and chairs online but all we wanted was to try the chair in store so we could see if it was comfortable. The lady was adamant that she couldn’t do anything for us which was a pity because when buying chairs you need to see if they are comfortable or not. Was left feeling really bummed as that was the perfect set for us

I was very impressed by my experience with urban sales. I ordered a bedside table, desk, low boy dresser and wardrobe. It was all delivered quickly without issue. I am very happy with all the furniture. Unfortunately I was supplied some incorrect parts for the low boy dresser - which was a fault of the company that supplied the furniture to urban sales rather than anything the urban sales team did. The urban sales team were very quick to respond to my queries, polite, apologetic for the error, and sent me out replacement parts as quickly as they could. I will not hesitate to order from them again.
Literally the best customer service experience! I had an issue with an item I ordered and their team was quick to respond and provided support. Pam, their staff, was friendly and replies quickly. Thanks to Ben as well! Awesome products, will make sure to buy again!
Really great customer service and fast shipping. The only place to get IKEA in NZ and great quality. I had accidentally ordered the wrong storage box and wanted to swap, I emailed the team and they were very fast, responsive and helpful - they swapped out the boxes to the right ones and my order arrived in a week, everything in perfect condition. So happy with the shelves!
